Barbara Porter Scott, age 80, passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2015, at her residence. Born in Anderson, SC, on July 18, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Roscoe Julius Porter and the late Tommie Pearl Harrison Porter. She was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Pam; grandchildren, Tricia and Jennifer (Shafford); and a great-grandson, Ryker. The Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2015, at 11:00 am at Lebanon Baptist Church with Reverend Harry Warren officiating. The family will gather for a time of visitation following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery, 5150 Gentry Drive, Anderson, SC 29621.
