Paul Aaron Young, 67, of Anderson, SC passed away Sunday, May 19, 2019. Born October 6, 1951, in Anderson, SC, he was a son of the late Paul Ervin and Sudie Ruth Brown Young. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Lois Dunn. Aaron attended Crescent High School and later retired as an electrician after 40 years of service with Hill Electric. He was an avid Nascar fan, enjoyed watching TV with his wife and loved fishing. He is survived by his wife, Jene Childs Young of the home; son, Barry Young (Morgan) of Starr, SC; daughter, Rachel Young of the home; brother, Earl Young of Anderson, SC; sisters, Doris Craft of Anderson, SC, Ella Pauline Williams and Edna Sue Dickson both of Starr; SC; also survived by two grandchildren, Elaina and Ryder Young. The family will receive friends from 11am-12pm, Friday, May 24, 2019 at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow in the chapel at 12:30pm Friday with Rev. Alex Henderson officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
