Addison Grace Bolt, 11 months, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Anderson, SC on December 28, 2014, she was the beautiful baby girl of Jonathan and Stephanie Bolt. Addie fought a valiant battle against Krabbe Leukodystrophy. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her paternal grandparents, Barry and Tammy Maddox and Andy Bolt; her maternal grandparents, Mark and Danel Eads and John and Laurie Lindberg; her paternal great-grandparents, John and Jane Griffin and James and Jay Bolt; her maternal great-grandparents, Carol Chisholm, Mary Eads, and Jane Kurth; and her aunts and uncles, Amanda Bolt, Ben and Laura Hammond, David and Casey Maddox, Ben Maddox, Jacob and Alexandria Eads, Anne Lindberg, and Eric Lindberg. She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Hershel and Dorothy Maddox and William Chisholm. The Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, December 27, 2015, at 3:00 p.m. at NewSpring Church, Powdersville Campus (Powdersville High School). Church or casual attire is appropriate for the Memorial Service.
