Mrs. Agnes Marlene Harris, 66, of 424 A Parnell Road, Anderson, SC died on July 16, 2015 at An-Med Health Medical Center. She was born on May 6, 1949 to the late Homer Tucker and Pearl Clemmons Mize and her husband Joel Mize. She was an excellent cook and her biggest joy was her family. Mrs. Harris is survived by her husband of 50 years: Julius Harris of their home; one son: Kenneth Harris of Allendale, SC; two daughters: Susan Garrett and her husband Ray and Darlene Sutherland and her husband Cain all of Anderson, SC; three sisters: Patsy Burton and her husband Mitchell of Toccoa, GA, Nancy Standard and her husband Bud of Belton, SC, and Jean Campbell; 10 grandchildren: Brian Powell, Jr. Michele Bolt, Scott Garrett, Haley Garrett, Christopher Massey, Tyler Massey, Brittany Todd, Tosha Tate, Tracy Garrett, and Travis Garrett; and nine great-grandchildren: Kassidee, Brayden, and Kinzlett Powell, Dakota Brezak, Masin and Rylie Bolt, Dawson Todd, Aubree Tate, and Hudson Tate. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son: Robert Harris and a sister: Raynell Cheek. A funeral service will held on Saturday July 18th, 2015 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home in Anderson, SC with Reverends Mike Harrell and Richard Busha. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Anderson, SC. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 18, 2015 from 11:30am until 1:30pm at the funeral home.
