Alfred W. Hammonds, age 76, of Anderson, SC, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2023, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born March 26, 1947, in Anderson, he was the son of the late Marvin William Hammonds and Willie Mae Farmer Hammonds. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Willie Neal Hammonds. Al was an award winning florist working with Gable's Flowers and retiring his career from Nature's Corner Florist. In his spare time, he enjoyed traveling. He is survived by his brother, Marvin Lee Hammonds of Anderson; and sister, Brenda Bowen of Anderson. No services will be held.
