**DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER...MEMORIAL SERVICE CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT**
Hurbert Alvin "Al" Keen, 75, of Belton, SC, passed away Friday, January 12, 2018 at Rainey Hospice House.
Born May 25, 1942 in Anniston, AL, he was a son of the late Hurbert M. Keen and the late Martha L. Culp Keen. Al proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He worked as a contractor in construction where he later retired, and was a member of Latimer United Memorial Methodist Church.
He is survived by his sons, Franklin Keen of Dover, Delaware; daughters, Patricia Green of Milford, Delaware and Yvonne Mitchell of Belton, SC; stepson, Kenneth Tell of Georgetown, Delaware; brother, Patrick Keen of California; sister, Linda Squyres; 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Al was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra L. Tell Keen; sister, Judith Crowe.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2018 in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Dwight Greene officiating. Interment will follow at M.J. "Dolly" Cooper Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
