Alexander Chance Partain, age 31 was born March 18, 1985 and departed this world on November 29, 2016. He was the beloved son of Morris Elmer Partain of Elberton, GA and Penny Adams Ross of Iva, SC. He was the precious grandson of the late Ina and Knox Adams of Iva, SC and Elmer and Beatrice Partain of Elberton, GA. He has one sister, Cherri Ross Thompson and a brother-in-law, Matthew Thompson of Mt. Pleasant, SC. He was preceded in death by his one brother, Jackie Dean Ross. He leaves behind his son, Holden Phillip and his daughter, Kember Rain Elease Partain. Receiving of friends will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at The McDougald Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Labor of the Fields Church in Anderson, SC with Reverend Vernon Bagwell officiating.
