Alice Moody Durham, age 92, of Williamston, SC, passed away Sunday, December 24, 2023 at her son's residence.

Born January 16, 1931, in Anderson County, she was the daughter of the late Charlie Wydman Moody and Florence Alexander Moody. She retired from West Point Stevens and is a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church, Pelzer, SC.

Survivors include her son, George Durham (Kim) of Abbeville, SC; sisters, Connie Mackey of Williamston, SC, and Martha Reid of Pelzer, SC; grandchildren, Kristy Capelle (Matt), Gennifer Bennett (Matt), and Kelley Mejia (Michael); and great grandchildren, Jackson Capelle and Annalise Mejia.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Robert Jeffery Durham; and siblings, Denny Moody, Fannie Mae Hood, Betty Coones, Georgia Lee Blakely, Barney Moody, James "Suge" Moody, and Shelby Jean Hayes.
