ALLISON McALLISTER DURHAM February 16, 1965 - March 19, 2013 Allison Erwin McAllister Durham, age 48, of 303 Cold Branch Way, Greenville, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, March 19, 2013. Born in Anderson, she was the daughter of Carl C. McAllister of Greer, and the late Mary Alice Nicholson McAllister. For 27 years, she was the loving and devoted wife of Barry Lee Durham of the residence. Mrs. Durham was a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor's degree in accounting. She enjoyed traveling with her family and listening to the music of Aerosmith. She adored her family. Prior to marriage, she was a pipefitter apprentice and a member of Local 391. In addition to her father, Carl and her husband, Barry, she is survived by 2 beautiful daughters, Jenna Lee Durham and Haley Allison Durham, both of Greenville; 1 sister, Carla M. Hunt and her husband, Phil, of Simpsonville; and a paternal grandmother, Gladys L. McAllister of Anderson. In addition to her mother, Allison was preceded in death by a son, Walker Davis Durham. A service to honor and celebrate the beautiful life of Allison Durham will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2013, at 2 PM at the Mt. Zion Presbyterian Church in Sandy Springs, with Rev. Lindsay Hatch officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Friday, March 22, 2013, from 6 PM until 8 PM.
