Amy Lynne Neal, age 29, of 215 James Hare Road passed away on Monday, June 9, 2008. Born in Medina, Ohio on November 14, 1978, she attended Westside High School and Bible Baptist Church. Amy was employed by BoJangles Restaurant. Survivors include her mother, Deborah Lynne Thacker Siegfried; her father, Donald James Gary; her husband, Alan Duane Neal; her children, Ashlie, Alannah, and Alec; her grandparents, Royal & Madeline Thacker and Ben & Hazel Gary; and her sisters, Julie Garrett and Stephanie Siegfried. Amy is also survived by a host of aunts and uncles. The Funeral Service will be conducted at 4:00 pm on Thursday, June 12, 2008 in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home conducted by the Reverend Ken Whitt. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Wednesday, June 11, 2008.
