Ann Bazinet Anderson, SC Patricia Ann Bazinet, age 81, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2015 at St. Francis Hospital. Born in Greenville, SC, on April 12, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Hickam and the late Mary Frances McConnell Hickam. She was employed with AT&T as an operator for more than 30 years and was a member of the Telephone Pioneers, United Methodist Women, and Communication Workers of America. Ann was a faithful member of Dickson United Methodist Church. She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Robert Joseph Bazinet; her children, Kimberly Ann Schoepske and her husband David, of Jamestown, NC, Bobby Bazinet, Jr. and his fiance Allyson Wilson, of Easley, SC, and Michael Scott Bazinet, of Anderson, SC; eleven grandchildren, Amber Cravens and her husband Lane, Carmen Longest and her husband John, Austin Schoepske, Lyndsay Robertson, Ryan Bazinet, Calli Bazinet, Christopher Bazinet, and Ashley Bazinet; great-grandchildren, Mason, Athyn, Ashton and Parker; and step grandchildren, Robert and Daniel Hohnstein and Matthew Wilson. The Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2015, in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home, Anderson, SC at 4:00 p.m. The family will be at the residence and will receive friends at the funeral home, prior to the service on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to United Ministries, 606 Pendleton Street, Greenville, SC 29601 or to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
