Annie Lee Harrison Blair, age 75, of Anderson, SC, passed away Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at Rainey Hospice House. Born May 16, 1947, in Abbeville County, she was the daughter of the late William Harrison and Necota Shiflett Harrison. Ann enjoyed all nature and especially loved flowers and birds. She was a member of the National Camping Travelers Club, the Ladies Auxiliary for Hejaz Firemen, and Truth Tabernacle Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of over 50 years, Rick Blair; son, Brad Blair (Melissa); brother, Harold Harrison; sisters, Norma Jean Beebe and Jeanette Brooks; grandchildren, Ben Blair and Kaitlyn Blair; and her four-legged friends, Gurl and Buzz. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Arnold, Norman, Marlon, and Lloyd Harrison; and sisters, Geneva Kotal and Joanne Fortner. The family will receive friends Friday, August 26, 2022, from 6:00-8:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held Saturday, August 27, 2022, at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Marty Minto and Rev. Phil Keown officiating. Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum. Flowers will be accepted and memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Rd., Anderson, SC 29621.
