Carolyn Ann Gaston, passed away on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at her residence. Ann was the daughter of the late Wyss Leo Gaston and Carolyn Pulley Gaston. After earning her Associates Degree, Ann worked as a Medical Secretary for AnMed. She was also a member of Latimer Memorial United Methodist Church. Ann is survived by her aunts, Evelyn Bell of Laurens, Juanita Hammett of Inman and Marcelle Lynch of Spartanburg; niece, Melissa Betsill of Jonesboro, GA; nephew, Jerry Patrick Gaston, Jr. of Ft. Worth, TX; and a great-nephew, Zach Betsill. In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Patrick Gaston, Sr. The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Saturday, February 3, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. The funeral service will follow visitation in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home at 3:30 p.m. with Reverend Wallace Culp officiating.
