Charlotte Ann Tinsley Thomas, 74, the loving wife to the late Joe Thomas for 55 years, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at her home. Born in Anderson, SC on September 19, 1943, she was a daughter of the late Leroy Tinsley and the late Virginia Turner Tinsley. She was a graduate of Girls High School and formerly employed with Baxter Kelly. She retired from Coates and Clark and was a member of Riverside Baptist Church. She is survived by two daughters, Alison Brock and her husband Larry and April Martin, all of Anderson, SC; she was affectionately known as "Nana" to her four grandchildren, Whitney Jackson and her husband Brent, Riley Brock and his wife Ashley, Rebecca Martin and Matthew Martin; and two great-grandchildren, Parker and Luke Jackson and her four-legged friend, Patches. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home on Monday, December 11, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. with Rev. Dwight Greene officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Monday from 11 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
