Alice Antoinette Turner, age 78, passed away on June 24, 2016 at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born in Greenville, SC on May 9, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin Kilgore Chreitzberg and the late Nell Whitten Chreitzberg. She retired as a registered nurse and was a member of River of Life Church of God. She is survived by her loving husband, Curtis Turner; daughters, Lana Turner Shiflet (Marvin) and Elizabeth Renee Brazell; a sister, Claire C. Willis; a brother, Benjamin K. Chreitzberg, Jr.; a niece, Lisa C. Bryant; a nephew, Thomas Alexander Willis, III; four grandchildren, Jody Allen Brazell, Ashley Brazell, Caleb Brazell and Asher Shiflet; and one great-grandchild. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Kennedy Whitten Chreitzberg; a niece, Julia Ann Chreitzberg; and a nephew, Benjamin Kilgore Chreitzberg, III. The funeral service will be held in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
