WOODSONSEPTEMBER 15, 1921 - JanUARY 4, 2010ANDERSON, SC ' Annie Elizabeth McKinney Woodson, age 88, of 1553 Denver Road, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2010, at the Rainey Hospice House.Born in Anderson, SC, on September 15, 1921, she was a daughter of the late Hillary Clifford McKinney and Reedie Lee Queen McKinney. She was a graduate of Lebanon High School and retired from LaFrance Industries. Mrs. Woodson was a member of Welcome Baptist Church where for many years she taught Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, and was instrumental in the Church Nursery. She was an avid gardener.Survivors include her children: two daughters, Margaret Freeman of Anderson, and Linda Gilliland of Pendleton; one son, Albert J. 'A.J.' Woodson, Jr., of Williamston; one sister, Dorothy M. Acker of Anderson; seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents; her stepmother, Onie Whitten Woodson; her husband, Albert J. Woodson; her grandson, Jimmy Gilliland; her brother, Hillary Clifford McKinney, Jr.; and two sisters: Margie M. Thompson and Evelyn M. Browning.The Funeral Service will be held at 3pm on Wednesday, January 6, 2010, in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home conducted by William R.
