Anthony D. "Tony" Porter, age 78 of Anderson, SC, passed away Sunday, January 17, 2021, at AnMed Health Medical Center. He was born January 11, 1943 in Anderson, SC, and was the son of the late Arthur C. Porter and Mary Arlene Vaughn Porter. He was married to the late Martha Porter. Tony was formerly employed with Owens Corning Fiberglas and was a member of Andersonville Baptist Church. He is survived by his daughters, Tara Porter Jordan (Robert), and Rebecca Felker (Marty), both of Anderson, SC; grandchildren, Brittany Pinson, Morgan Williamson, and Brooke Dawson; and four great-grandchildren. There will be a memorial service on Wednesday, January 20, 2021, at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Mr. Tim Dickson officiating.
