Arthur Joseph Bachner, II LaFrance, SC Arthur Joseph Bachner, II, age 61, passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2014, at his residence. Born in Elgin, IL, he was the son of Donald Arthur Bachner and Maryilyn Jane Hayford Bachner. He earned a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in engineering from Olney Central College. Arthur attended Redemption World Outreach Center in Greenville, SC. He is survived by his loving wife, Susan Elaine Boatman Bachner; his four daughters, Brittany Toomey, Maureen Toomey, and Rebecca Ribar, all of Illinois, and Morgan Bachner, of Florida; and a step-son, Lance Olinger, of LaFrance, SC. Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date.
