Arthur O'Neal Rholetter, age 74, of Anderson, SC, passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at Hospice of the Upstate. He was a loving husband to his wife, Joyce Mullens Rholetter for 20 years. Born July 16, 1947, in Seneca, SC, he was the son of the late Roscoe Rholetter and Gladys Burton Rholetter. Arthur proudly served his country in the United States Army. He worked as an area supervisor for Canteen Vending, formerly Wometco, for 39 years where he retired. He was a simple man, kind and strong in his beliefs which were God, country, and family. He was a member of Asbury Baptist Church for 10 years. In addition to his wife, Joyce, he is survived by his children, Bryan Rholetter of Taylors, SC, and James Mullens (Beth) of Iva, SC; three grandchildren, Rebekkah Suber (Russell), Jessica Mullens, and Alec Filingeri; and two great-grandchildren, Rhett Mullens, and Sutton Suber. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Arnold Rholetter; and stepdaughter, Jennaleigh Mullens Filingeri. A private family service will be held.
