Born in Anderson, he was a son of the late Arthur Julius Taylor and Vinnie Gillespie Taylor and was a member of Fants Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include his children, Jeffery Brian Taylor of Anderson and Jennifer Rodriguez of Pendleton; brother, Will Taylor of Seneca and two grandchildren. A Graveside Service will be held at 3:30 pm on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at Fants Grove Baptist Church officiated by Dr. Jack Couch. The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2pm-3pm. The McDougald Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
