On January 14, 2024, our beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Auksuolis "Ox" Ciplickas, joined our Father in heaven. He was a loving husband and is mourned by his wife of 53 years Dorothy (nee Tripp) and by his son Jon and his wife Vicki. He was a loving grandfather and will be greatly missed by his pride and joy, his granddaughters Sara and Hanna. He is also mourned by his brothers-in-law Robert and James Tripp.

Ox was born in an Austrian Refugee camp after the Russian government obliterated his home country of Lithuania. Ox served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam war working with the clergy. He was loved by his work families at Fastbolt Carolina and Home Depot.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2024, at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Deacon Salvatore Cancello officiating. The service will be available via live stream through the funeral home website and facebook page. Burial will follow at New Silver Brook Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the funeral home from 1:30-2:30 pm.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Holy Cross High School in Flushing NY, in his memory, Class of 1967.
