OBITUARY MRS. AZILEE A. SPEER August 3, 1928 - November 24, 2006ANDERSON, SCMrs. Sarah Azilee Anderson Speer, age 78 of 303 Beaty Square, Anderson, SC, wife of the late James Harold Speer, died Friday, November 24, 2006 at the AnMed Health Medical Center in Anderson, SC.Born in Walhalla, SC on August 3, 1928, Mrs. Speer was the daughter of the late Guy Eugene Anderson and Annie Lois Hale Anderson. She was a 1945 graduate of Girls' High School and was retired from the Singer Plant in Anderson. She was a member of New Prospect Baptist Church and the Prospectors.Survivors include sons, Jimmy Speer of Anderson, SC, Gene Speer of Columbia, SC and Larry Speer of Anderson, SC; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Eugene Anderson.The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 27, 2006 at 11:00 am at New Prospect Baptist Church officiated by Dr. Tony Smith. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Sunday, November 26, 2006 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.The family will be at the residence.Flowers are optional.
