Born in Anderson County, SC on December 31, 1943, Mrs. Williams was a daughter of the late James Franklin Albertson and Lora Albertson McConnell. She was a homemaker.Survivors include a son, James Tony Williams, Jr., of Anderson; daughters, Tina Williams Wood of Anderson and Tammy W.
