Barbara Jean Bernstein Berry, age 80, of 52 Holly Circle, Iva, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2016, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born on February 28, 1935, in Denver, CO, she was the daughter of the late Maurice Bernstein and the late Henrietta Stevens Bernstein. She was the wife of the late Joseph Berry who died in 2006. Mrs. Berry graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science degree. She retired as a microbiologist after many years of service. She was a loving mother and devoted grandmother. Survivors include a son, Donald J. Berry of Easley; a daughter, Pamela B. Fair of Deland, FL; four grandchildren, Alyssa and Jessica Berry, and Heather and Daniel Fair. A Graveside Service to celebrate the life of Barbara Berry will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2016, at 1 p.m. at South Lawn Memorial Gardens.
