Barbara Dobbins, age 65, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2026, at home.

Born February 9, 1961, in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of the late William Jerry Lodge and Martha Joan Singleton Lodge. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Joe Dobbins, and her son, Jason Dobbins.

She was the owner and operator of Lodge’s Greenhouse and Nursery and Honeysuckle Hill Farm. Barbara was a devout Christian who had a true servant’s heart and volunteered weekly at her church, Bishop Branch Baptist. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Barabara was an on-the-go lady who enjoyed going out to eat but also loved to come home to her T. V. and watch her soap operas. She loved her family and flowers. Barbara was a kind, caring, and loving lady.

She is survived by her daughters, Anna Barnette (Anthony) and Lindsey Taylor (Chris); grandchildren, Emylee Dobbins, Reign Dobbins, Ada Grace Barnette, Sawyer Barnette, and Crayton Taylor; brother, Joey Lodge (Leslie); sister, Brenda Lodge Thompson; niece, Rebecca West and Jordan Lodge; nephews, Brandon Thompson and Ryan Lodge.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
