Born on December 27, 1942, in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of the late Troy Black and the late Helen Margaret Barrett Stewart. She is survived by her husband Edward Brian Stallsworth; two sisters, Shelby Sullivan and Charlotte Reed. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother. The Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. at Mountain Creek Baptist Church with Reverend Billy Ray Whitfield officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will be at the home of her nephew, Carl Davenport, 330 Cherry Dr., Anderson, SC and will receive friends at the church from 1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. prior to the service.
