Barbara Jean Taylor Watt, age 85, of Wellford, SC, passed away Monday, January 10, 2022, at Agape Hospice House of the Midlands. Born August 19, 1936, in Westminster, SC, she was a daughter of the late William Harold Taylor and Daphne Hair Taylor. She was married to Billy Joe Watt until his death in 2016. Bobbie was a church secretary for 25 years retiring from West End Baptist Church and she was a member of Beaverdam Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Gregory Keith Watt of Jefferson, GA; daughter, Melanie Jean Watt of Wellford, SC; grandson, Caleb Scott Kierstead (Bethany) of Newberry, SC; great grandson, Ryder Caleb Kierstead of Newberry, SC; and sister, Faye Stovall (W.T.) of Anderson, SC. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Leslie Ann Kierstead; and brothers, W.H. Taylor, Jr. and James R. Taylor. The funeral service will be held Friday, January 28, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Brandon Couch officiating.
