BARBARA WINCHESTER March 7, 1941 - April 8, 2012 STARR, SC Barbara Wilson Winchester, age 71, of 222 Lisa Road, Starr, passed away on Easter Sunday, April 8, 2012, at the Rainey Hospice House.Born in Chester, SC, Mrs. Winchester was a daughter of the late Vernon Wilson and Dorothy Fay Cook Wilson Blanton. She was a retired nurse and had worked at AnMed Health Rehab and Patrick B. Harris Psychiatric Hospital. She was of the Baptist Faith.Mrs. Winchester is survived by sons, Michael E. Fletcher and Dale Winchester, of Starr, SC; daughter, Kimberly Carter of Rome, GA; granddaughter, Rebecca Winchester Shabrach; brother, Michael Blanton; and sister, Martha Blanton, both of Anderson, SC. The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
