Linda Rebecca Hawkins Firth, 70, of Anderson, SC, passed away Monday, September 23, 2019 at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born May 17, 1949 in Anderson, she was the daughter of the late Elmer H. Hawkins and Frances Lucille Smith Hawkins.Becky was a graduate of TL Hanna High School and was a teacher at both Centerville Baptist Church Daycare and Covenant Baptist Church Daycare. She had previously worked for Singer and Ryobi. She was a member of Covenant Baptist Church and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived her husband, Thomas Kennon "Ken" Firth of the home; daughters, Linda Michelle Clark and Rebecca Darlene Whited (Shane) all of Anderson; grandchildren, Matthew Clark of Aiken, SC, Sgt. Joseph Clark of Hawaii, Timothy Clark, Kaitlyn Richey, Brianna Whited and Ella Whited, all of Anderson; and great-grandchildren, Baylee Clark, Aidan Carter and Daniel Carter. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Rodney Hawkins. The family will receive friends from 6:00pm-8:00pm Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at Salem Baptist Church at 2:00pm on September 26th with Rev. Robbie Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Salem Baptist Church Cemetery.
