Benjamin "John" Williams, who will be missed immeasurably by his family and friends, was born in Anderson, SC, which he called home much of his life. He graduated from Westside High School, Class of 1999, and later earned an Associate Degree from Greenville Technical College in Engineering. He was employed at Glen Raven in Anderson. His favorite pastimes included hiking, reading Michael Crichton books, and listening to Pearl Jam. John is survived by his mother, Lynn Bainbridge Williams; his father, Ben Williams and Ben's wife, Irina; son, Trent Williams; sister, Elizabeth Black and her husband, John and their daughters, Journey and Daphney; as well as longtime companion, Salina Wright. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents, John and Martha Bainbridge and was pre-deceased by his paternal grandparents, John and Eulee Williams.
