Berdina Tisher Lake, age 84, of Anderson, SC, passed away Sunday, July 25, 2021, at her home. Born July 14, 1937, in East Cleveland, OH, she was a daughter of the late Roy Tisher and Leonardi Whitehead Tisher. Deena was the former President of the Ladies Auxiliary of Chapel Methodist Church in North Madison, OH, and the former President of Volunteers at Geneva Memorial Hospital in North Eastern, OH. She was an avid bowler and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, James Patrick Lake; sons, James Patrick Lake, Jr. (Megan) of Westerville, OH, and Mark Alan Lake of Madison, OH; daughter, Beverly Ann Lake of Anderson, SC; and grandchildren, Jennifer Rae Lake, James Lawton Werner, James Patrick Lake, III, and Lauren Ann Lake. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Fred Tisher; and sister, Shirley Brown. There will be a small family service that will be held Friday, July 30, 2021, at 10:00 am at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Pastor Roy Mitchell officiating.
