MEMPHIS, TN Beth Haynes Vaughn Laura Elizabeth "Beth" Haynes Vaughn of Memphis, TN, passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2014. Beth was employed by First Tennessee Bank in their Commercial Real Estate Department. Mrs. Vaughn was a fixture in the Memphis banking community for over 25 years, having worked for First American, AmSouth, and Regions Bank. Mrs. Vaughn grew up in Anderson, SC, graduating from T.L. Hanna High School in 1974, Clemson University in 1978, and Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College's School of Banking of the South ('87). Mrs. Vaughn was a member of Christ United Methodist Church and is survived by her husband of 31 years, Dale Vaughn, and their two sons, Haynes and Wilkes Vaughn all of the residence. In addition, Mrs. Vaughn is survived by her parents Joanne H. Haynes and William Thomas Haynes, II, of Anderson; siblings, William Thomas Haynes, III, of Anderson, O. Peter Haynes (Mary) of Anderson, and Tina Haynes Dulaney (Thomas) of Marietta, GA. The funeral service honoring the life of Beth Haynes Vaughn will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2014, at 3 p.m. at Boulevard Baptist Church, Anderson, with Dr. Johnny McKinney officiating. A private entombment will be held at a later time.
