BETTY JOHNSON February 22, 1908 - June 28, 2006ANDERSON, SCMrs. Betty Lou Campbell Johnson, age 98, of 1219 Pearl Harbor Way, wife of the late Harry James Johnson, died Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at the Hospice House in Anderson.Born in Nelson, GA on February 22, 1908, Mrs. Johnson was a daughter of the late Bill Campbell and Attie Cornett Campbell. She was retired from Appleton Mill and was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church. She was also a member of The Order of the Eastern Star.Surviving are her son, David Lee of the home; step-son, Boyce Johnson of Atlanta; sister, Inez Campbell Phillips of Trion, GA and several grandchildren.In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a step-son, Claude Johnson; five brothers and four sisters.
