Betty Kinley Anderson, SC Betty Sue Barnes Kinley, age 63, passed away at the Rainey Hospice House on Sunday, February 22, 2015. Born in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of the late James William Barnes and the late Cynthia Louise Chastain. She was a 1970 graduate of McDuffie High School. Betty was a retired legal secretary having worked for The Watkins Firm, Logan Jolly and Smith, and McIntosh, Sherard, Sullivan, and Brousseau. She was an owner at NewSpring Church. She is survived by her devoted husband of 41 years, Charles Douglas Kinley; three loving sons, Robert Matthew Vaughn, Joshua Douglas Kinley, and Logan Barnes Kinley, all of Anderson, SC; a brother, Larry Barnes; and three grandchildren, Chandler Matthew Vaughn, Roy David Kinley, and Noah Barnes Kinley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters. The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Thursday, February 26, 2015, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. with the funeral service following at 3:30 p.m. in the chapel. A private family committal will be held after the service. The family is at the residence.
