BETTY ROSAR June 5, 1936 - July 15, 2006 Mrs. Betty Jean Rosar, age 70, of Anderson, wife of the late E. Lee Rosar, died Saturday, July 15, 2006 at the AnMed Health Medical Center in Anderson, SC. Born in Henry County, TN on June 5, 1936, Mrs. Rosar was a daughter of the late Claude Weatherford and Mary Barrett Weatherford. Betty just celebrated her 70th birthday with many of her good friends and family. She never met a stranger. Many will remember her for her strength of character, independent and feisty personality, and as being one of the first to help, whether a long time friend or casual acquaintance. She was married to Lee Rosar in July of 1955 who preceded her in death in June of 1987. They are together again. She was of the Baptist Faith. Survivors include her daughter, Sandee Sansfacon and her husband, Rex; Cindee Carr and her husband, Roger; Marcee Musgrove and her husband Joel and Tina Rosar Prescott; brothers, Vernon Weatherford and Homer Weatherford; sisters, Evolyn Williams and Christine Ladeau; six grandchildren, Jennifer, David and Michael Sansfacon, Cooper Musgrove, Jason and Matthew Prescott and two great-grandchildren, Brayden and Jacob Carr. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 17, 2006 at 3:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home officiated by the Dr. Jack Couch. Entombment will follow in the Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum in Anderson. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday July 16, 2006 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Monday, July 17, 2006 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
