HARRISNOVEMBER 27, 1938 - March 23, 2010ANDERSON, SC ' Beverly June Wallace Harris, age 71, of 201 James Lawrence Orr Drive, passed away on Tuesday, March 23, 2010.Born in Corinth, Mississippi, on November 27, 1938, she was a daughter of the late Gaston B. Wallace, Sr., and Nell Inez Talley Wallace. She was a 1962 graduate of Incarnate Word College in San Antonio, Texas. Mrs. Harris was employed first as a Special Education Teacher at Lakeside Junior High School in Anderson and as a School Nurse, a Guidance Counselor, and Teacher by the Department of Defense Dependents Overseas Schools in Germany ' namely Rhein Main Air Base in Frankfurt and Wuerzburg Middle School in Wuerzberg. Following her retirement in 2000, she relocated to Anderson. Mrs. Harris attended St. Joseph Catholic Church.Survivors include her husband, Patrick B. Harris, Jr.; children: a daughter, Elizabeth B. Harris of Copenhagen, Denmark; a son, Patrick B. Harris, III, of Anderson, South Carolina; and two sisters: Mary White of Kingsville, Texas, and Sandra Domazet of Corpus Christi, Texas. She is also survived by her mother-in-law, Mrs. Elizabeth O. Harris of Anderson, South Carolina.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Gaston B. Wallace, Jr.A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, March 25, 2010, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, celebrated by Father Hayden J. Vaverek.
