William Richard Scott, age 77, of Westminster, CA, passed away February 12, 2022. Born January 22, 1945, he was the son of the late Charles Scott and Madelyn Eleanor Greene. Bill was a veteran of the United States Army with a Letter of Commendation and enjoyed a long career as a certified safety professional for over 30 years. He was a man of faith and follower of Christ. Services will be held at a later date.
