Billie Jean Williams Billie Jean Williams, age 81, widow of Reverend Harvey Williams, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2015, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Born in Hazelhurst, GA, she was the daughter of the late Joe Cordell and the late Bonnie Wallander. She was a pastor's wife of 67 years, a mother, fashion designer and seamstress, sang in the church choir, a soloist, and a community activist among women and cross-cultural issues. She is survived by a daughter, Deborah Jenkins, of Anderson, SC; a son, Allen Williams and his wife, Diane, of Gainesville, GA; grandchildren, Angela Sullivan and Daniel Jenkins, of Anderson, SC, Shaina Alexander, of Clermont, GA, Josiah Williams, of Bowman, GA; great-grandchildren, Nico Sullivan, of Anderson, SC, Chole and Ava Alexander, of Clermont, GA, and Tober and Koa Williams of Bowman, GA; and grandchildren-in-law, Nick Sullivan, of Anderson, Kurt Alexander, of Clermont, GA, and Christy Williams of Bowman, GA.
