Ms. Billie Lee Williams of Anderson, SC died on Wednesday, January 13th, 2016 at Hospice Care of the Piedmont in Greenwood, SC. Ms. Williams was a lifelong member of Garner Memorial Baptist Church in Anderson, SC where she served as a volunteer and a Sunday School Teacher. Mrs. William was a fashionable southern lady who loved to sing and dance. Spending time with family and being social were her favorite hobbies that kept her busy. She was quoted by her sister as being "quite the gal." Surviving is her sister: Helen Bradford of Greenwood, SC; and two nieces: Marcia B. Mia and Ann B. Van Fossen. Ms. Williams was preceded in death by her parents: Clifford W. and Lillie Belle Elrod Williams. A funeral service will be held at the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home in Anderson, SC on Saturday, January16th, 2016 at 2:00 pm with the Pastor Isham Gilcrease officiating. The Williams family will receive friends from 1:00pm until 2:00pm on Saturday, January 16th, 2016 prior to the service at the funeral home.
