Christian Blair Arnett, age 61, of Andeson, SC, passed away Thursday, September 7, 2023. Born August 23, 1962, in Jackson, TN, he was the son of Sandy Hickman Arnett and the late Albert "Al" Blair Arnett. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Blake Arnett. Blair was a graduate of Wade Hampton High School Class of 1980. He attended Spartanburg Methodist College and Clemson University and was a graduate of Limestone College. He worked for Arnett Motors from 1988-2005 and for Carolina Auto Auction. He was currently employed with Kwik-Wheels. He was a member of New Prospect Baptist Church. Blair was the kind of man who never met a stranger, and he could hold a conversation with anyone. Some of his favorite past times were fishing and watching football & spending time on the lake with his wife, dogs & friends. He cherished that time with friends and relaxing on the dock. He had a special love for all wildlife & other animals, especially his dogs. His love for his family was evident and his daughter was his greatest joy. He was a beloved son, husband, father, brother, and friend. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Ann Miller Arnett; daughter, Chelsea Blair Arnett; brother, Wells Arnett (Kelli); mother-in-law, JoAn Miller; sisters-in-law, Lisa Arnett and Jill Williams (Jeff); nieces and nephews, Peyton Arnett, Cooper Arnett, Reese Arnett, Alena Blair, Robert Williams, and Blake Lowe; his chocolate lab, Luke; and countless friends. A memorial service will be held Monday, September 11, 2023, at 3:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Tony Smith officiating.
