Blenda Dionese Vaughn, age 73, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2024.

Born March 15, 1951, in Anderson County, SC, she was a daughter of the late Vernon Hiott, Jr. and Edna Kay Stewart. She was also preceded in death by her husband Robert Mitchell Vaughn; sister, Brenda Diane Hunnicutt; and stepfather, Calvin C. "Hoover" Stewart.

She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Patterson (Rickey Hilley); sister, Gale Hiott Wilson (Steve); grandchildren, Amber Lilly (Rev. Brandon) and Drew Patterson (Casey); great grandchildren Braxton and Alaina Lilly; nephew Stephen Wilson, Jr. (Abby); and niece, River Ann Wilson.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at 1:00 pm at New Silver Brook Cemetery with Rev. Brandon Lilly officiating. The family will speak with guests immediately following the service.

The family will be at the residence.
