Bobbie Lee Richardson Brown, age 82, of Anderson, SC, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at Rainey Hospice House. Born May 22, 1939, in Anderson, she was a daughter of the late David and Lula Gillespie Richardson. She was married to Billy Ray Brown until his death in 1977. Bobbie spent her career in the textile industry retiring from Ryobi. She loved animals and gardening and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She is survived by her sons, Barry Brown and Danny Brown; brother, Roger Richardson; sisters, Gail Richardson and Jennie Parton; and grandchildren, Bailee Brown and Katelyn Brown. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Stanley Brown. The family will receive friends Friday, April 29, 2022, from 5:00-7:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held Saturday, April 30, 2022, at 11:00 am at New Silver Brook Cemetery with Rev. Mark Duncan officiating. Flowers are welcomed.
