Bobbie Human Hicks, age 68, passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2016, at her residence. Born in Anderson, SC, on June 22, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Leo Human and the late Gwen Williams Human. She worked at Bobbie Dan's Sewing Room. She was of the Baptist faith. Bobbie is survived by her children, Charles Hicks, Barbara Zenoni and her husband Adam, and Michael Hicks; brothers, Ronnie, Henry, William, Ray, and Terry Human; a sister, Mary Gibby; ten grandchildren, Gwen, Valerie, Leann, Alex, Emily, Carrie, Tyler, Jenna, Dustin, Logan; and great grandchildren, Bryson, Caden, Brooklyn, Ava, Kennedy, Jocelyn, and one on the way, Cameron. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Hicks; a brother, Doug Human; and a sister, Sheila Brown. The Graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 12, 2016, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park at 3:00 p.m. with Reverend John Davis officiating. The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Saturday, June 11, 2016, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC 29621.
