BOBBIE SUE KELLY April 4, 1931 - March 16, 2006ANDERSON, SCMrs. Bobbie Stamps Kelly, age 74, of 1304 McLees Road, Anderson, SC, wife of the late William Clarence Kelly, died Thursday, March 16, 2006 at the AnMed Health Medical Center in Anderson.Born in Anderson, SC on April 4, 1931, Mrs. Kelly was the daughter of the late Dan Porter Stamps and Grace Franks Stamps. She was a graduate of Girls' High School and retired from Toxaway Mills. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the V.F.W. Post 5996 Ladies Auxiliary. Mrs. Kelly was a member of Orrville Baptist Church, the Joy Fellowship and the Ruth Martin Sunday School class.She is survived by a son, Ned Kelly of Anderson, SC; daughters, Bonnie Kelly Latham of Pendleton, SC and Kay Kelly Usry of Atlanta, GA; brothers, Gene Stamps and Billy Stamps, both of Anderson, SC and three grandchildren.The Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, March 19, 2006 at 3:30 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home officiated by Dr. Wendell Bannister. Entombment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park Rosewood Mausoleum in Anderson.The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, March 19, 2006 from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm.Flowers are optional.
