Mr. Bryant was of the Baptist faith and retired from Abney Mills.Survivors include his three children and their spouses: Teresa Smith & Charlie Boseman of Anderson, SC, Phillip Bryant & Stephanie Bryant of Honea Path, SC, and Patricia Salter & Tony Salter of Starr, SC; eleven grandchildren: Joshua Bryant, Jordan Bryant, Alex Perez, Carley Perez, Chris Smith, Samuel Smith Jr, Jennifer Punch, Renee Punch, Lance Punch Jr, Eric Bryant, and Dustin Salter; and nine great-grandchildren.The Funeral Service will be held at 2pm on Sunday, June 26, 2011, in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home conducted by the Reverend Samuel Autry Jr. Interment will follow in Old Silver Brook Cemetery.The family is at the home of Tony & Patricia Salter, 107 Green Valley Road, Starr, and will receive friends at the funeral home from 6pm until 8pm on Saturday.A message of condolence may be sent by visiting www.mcdougaldfuneralhome.com.THE McDOUGALD FUNERAL HOME, Anderson.
