Skelton of Starr, SC, and the late Juanita Hall Skelton. Survivors include his father, Kenneth L. Skelton of Starr, SC; a son, Kenneth Wayne Hembree of Anderson, SC; sisters, Susan Hill of Anderson, SC and Beth Scoggins of Greenwood.A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2006 at 2:00 pm at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens officiated by the Reverend Tim Gautreaux.
