BOBBY G. RADFORDAPRIL 3, 1934 - JanUARY 30, 2009 ANDERSON, SC ' Bobby G. Radford, age 74, husband of Frances Wells Radford, of 4108 Liberty Highway passed away on Friday, January 30, 2009, at Duke University Hospital.Born in Ware Shoals, SC on April 3, 1934, he was a son of the late Cecil and Minnie Crowe Radford. He was a graduate of Boys' High School and Limestone College. Mr. Radford also served in the United States Navy and retired from the Singer Corporation. He was a member of Salem Baptist Church.Survivors include his wife, Frances W. Radford, of the home; children: Lynn James and husband, Ray James, Lisa Wilson, Scott Radford, and Lance Radford and wife, Angela Radford; four grandchildren: Tracy Martin, Jordan Radford, Easton Radford, and Arden Radford; and two great grandchildren: Dillon Martin and Alysson Martin; sister, Sybil Ethridge; and brother, Cecil J. Radford, Jr.In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers and four sisters.The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home conducted by the Reverend Dr. Charles E. Holland.
