Bobby Randall Stovall, age 76, of 1136 Springdale Road, entered the Church Triumphant on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, upon his death at Rainey Hospice House. Born on February 5, 1941, in Hartwell, GA, he was a son of the late Thomas Jones Stovall and the late Loujean Jordan Stovall. For fifty-four wonderful years, he was the devoted husband of Jane Brown Stovall of the home. Bobby was a graduate of Anderson Boys' High School in the Class of 1959, and was a graduate of Erskine College, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in business. He was an industrial engineer, and was employed as a plant manager at West Point Pepperell/Stevens for thirty-five years. Mr. Stovall was Vice President of Sales for Formall in Knoxville, TN for fifteen years. He was a devoted member of Central Presbyterian Church where he served as a Deacon, Elder and a Sunday School Teacher. Mr. Stovall was an active member of the Gideons of Anderson and the Jimmy Ezell Prayer Group. In addition to his wife Jane, Bobby is survived by a daughter, Angela "Missy" Stovall Moseley and her husband Marty of Greenwood, SC; a brother, Larry Lamar Stovall and his wife, Judy, of Anderson; and three grandchildren, Randall Andrew Watson, Marcus Stovall Watson, and Allee Annmarie Watson. In addition to his parents, Mr. Stovall was preceded in death by a son, Christopher Randall Stovall. Following a private committal service at Forest Lawn, a memorial service to celebrate and honor the life of Mr. Stovall will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Central Presbyterian Church, with Reverend Dr. David J. Bailey and Rev. Beryl Rosenberger officiating. The family will receive friends in the Fellowship Hall at Central Presbyterian Church following the service. Members of the Fellowship Sunday School Class and Elders are invited to comprise the honorary escort at the service.
