Brenda Bobo Bailey, age 83, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Monday, November 2, 2026, at her home.

Born July 2, 1943, in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of the late Gordon Bobo and Viva Madden Bobo. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Walter Kenneth Bailey.

Brenda loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed Hallmark movies, listening to music by the Gaithers, getting her hair done, and traveling with her husband. She loved the Lord and was a member of River of Life Church of God.

She is survived by her sons, Kenneth Bailey (Valerie), Travis Bailey (Leslie), and Chad Bailey; daughters, Vanessa Bailey and Tonya Bailey (Candy); 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 5:00-7:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6, 2026, at 1:00 pm at North Anderson Baptist Church with Rev. Dale Dyar officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
