CENTRAL, SC'Carl Ellis Foster, age 21, of 1101 Central Road, died Friday, February 3, 2006.Born in Anderson, SC, Mr. Foster was employed with the Landscaping Department at Clemson University. He was also a member of Fant's Grove Baptist Church.Mr. Foster is survived by his parents, Michael Eugene and Tammy Berry Foster of the home; a daughter, Lydia Foster of Townville, SC; a brother and sister-in-law, Shane and Kelly Foster and their daughter, Cheyenne; a sister and brother-in law, Carrie and Brandon Elmore and their children, Ely and Sierra; paternal grandparents, Gene Foster and Bonnie Foster; maternal grandparents, Ethel Campbell and Paul Campbell; and great-grandmother, Lucille Swaney.
